Anyone who stays at Wee Point Resort during the month of September is eligible to enter our Bass fishing tournament.

First Place will receive a free stay the following September for the same length of time.

Second and third place receive Wee Point Resort merchandise.

Aundeck Omni Kaning Traditional Pow wow usually the first weekend of June

Sheshegwaning First Nation Traditional Pow wow usually the second weekend of June

Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory Traditional Powwow usually the first weekend of August

Sheguiandah First Nations Powwow usually the first weekend of July

Kagawong is home to the best market on the Island. Every Wednesday starting the end of June all of July & August to the first Wednesday In September.

The market showcases amazing artisans, crafters, farm stands and is located minutes from Bridal veil falls. Also close by is Heritage Mill Museum, Boobalooh's candy store and other great destinations.
